The single biggest benefit of this page is that it centralizes all deliverables. Instead of emailing clients and agents multiple, separate files (e.g., the main report, a radon PDF, a mold lab PDF, and the pre-inspection agreement), you can upload them all here.

This creates a massive value-add. Your clients and agents no longer need to search through their email inboxes. They just log into the one portal and have a complete, organized record of the entire service.
