How to Add Organization Branding

This guide provides a straightforward approach to adding your organization's branding to your InspectorPrime systems through a series of simple steps.

Step 1: Access Your Settings

Navigate to your account or workspace menu and click the designated button to open your organization settings.

Step 2: Edit Organization Name

Under the Organization name section, click the pencil icon to edit.

Step 3: Enter Company Name

Click the Name field and enter your company name.

Step 4: Save the Name

Click Save.

Step 5: Close the Prompt

Click the x to close the current menu.

Step 6: Edit Organization Color/Logo

Under the Organization logo section, click the pencil icon.

Step 7: Open the Color Menu

Click the three-dot menu to access the color settings.

Step 8: Choose Your Brand Color

Select your primary brand color from the available options.

Step 9: Test Color Modes

Test your color choice to ensure it looks great in both light and dark mode.

Step 10: Add a Square Logo

Under the Square logo section, click the pencil icon.

Step 11: Upload Your Square Logo

Click browse files. Drag and drop or select your square logo file, then follow the on-screen instructions to save it.

Step 12: Add a Horizontal Logo (Optional)

Under the Horizontal logo (optional) section, click the pencil icon.

Step 13: Upload Your Horizontal Logo

Click browse files. Drag and drop or select your horizontal logo file, then follow the on-screen instructions to save it.

Step 14: Save All Changes

Click Save to apply your complete organization branding.
