How to Upgrade Your InspectorPrime Workspace to an Airtable Business Plan

Your InspectorPrime system requires an Airtable Business plan for the best functionality. We deliver your workspace on a Free plan, so we recommend you upgrade it to a Business plan immediately.


Note: Airtable Business plans require you to use a professional email address (e.g., jon@inspectorprime.com), not a personal or generic address (e.g., jon@gmail.com).

Step-by-Step Instructions

This guide provides a straightforward process for upgrading your InspectorPrime workspace to an Airtable Business Plan.

Tip: InspectorPrime is optimized for and designed to leverage the full power of the Airtable Business plan. Use your company email address (jon@inspectorprime.com), not a personal one (jon@gmail.com), when upgrading your workspace. Before upgrading your workspace to the Business Plan, you must adjust the access level for all InspectorPrime team members to either Commenter or Viewer. Failing to do this will result in immediate, unnecessary seat charges.

Step 1: Navigate to Your Workspace

Navigate to your InspectorPrime workspace within Airtable.

Step 2: Open the Workspace Menu

Click the workspace menu button (typically located next to the workspace name).

Step 3: Access Workspace Settings

Click Workspace settings from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Initiate the Upgrade

Click the Upgrade to Team button.

Step 5: Select the Business Plan

Click Choose Business and follow the on-screen instructions to finish upgrading your workspace.
