Understanding Overview Pages
Overview pages are your dedicated spaces for creating custom, company-specific content within the client portal.
Their primary purpose is to provide essential information to your clients and agents that does not belong in the official inspection report. By separating this content (like your company story, process, or standards) from the technical findings, you achieve two goals:
Your inspection report remains clean, professional, and focused on the property.
Your client portal becomes a comprehensive, branded resource that builds trust and answers questions.
Your Essential First Step: Customization
When you first receive your system, we provide several default overview pages (such as "About Our Team," "Our Process," etc.). These pages will contain placeholder text.
It is critical that you customize each overview page in your master template as soon as possible.
This step ensures that all future reports you publish will automatically contain your company's unique branding, policies, contact information, and standards.
