Specialty Forms Terms of Use Agreement

Disclaimer and Hold Harmless Agreement

By accessing and using the specialty forms provided by Alpha Whiskey Ventures LLC dba InspectorPrime (hereinafter “InspectorPrime”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in their entirety. For information on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of Specialty Forms

InspectorPrime offers various specialty forms free of charge. The data you submit is for your exclusive use. We do not use, sell, or share this data for any purpose. All submitted data is purged from our systems on a weekly basis, and we do not retain copies of any reports or submissions.

2. No Responsibility for Data

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of all email addresses and information you provide. InspectorPrime is not responsible for misdirected emails, lost data, or any failures in transmission. We do not respond to requests for report or data retrieval. It is your responsibility to download and save your completed reports.

3. Distribution of Reports

If you opt for your client to receive an emailed copy of the report, it will be sent to the addresses you provided upon completion of the form. We intentionally duplicate report emails to provide multiple avenues for you to receive your completed reports. It is your responsibility to confirm the receipt of the report and ensure its proper delivery.

4. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Whiskey Ventures LLC dba InspectorPrime, its employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of these forms, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the submitted data or generated reports.

  • Any delays or failures in the delivery of emails or reports.

5. Hold Harmless

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Whiskey Ventures LLC dba InspectorPrime from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the forms or any information contained within the reports.

6. User Responsibility

You acknowledge that you can edit your submission and resend a completed form if necessary. Any and all corrections or modifications are your sole responsibility.

7. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the forms after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado for the resolution of any disputes.
