Welcome to InspectorPrime, a business and reporting software product owned and operated by Alpha Whiskey Ventures LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


By purchasing, accessing, or using InspectorPrime (“Product”), you (“you” or “User”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).


Our mission is to provide straightforward, durable licensing without hidden fees, complex upsells, or unexpected disruptions.

1. Eligibility

InspectorPrime is available for use by:

  • Solo Inspectors: Independent professionals

  • Multi-Inspector Firms: Companies with two or more inspectors

  • Franchises: Organizations operating under a franchise model

  • Schools and Training Programs: Institutions offering professional instruction

You affirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use InspectorPrime for your business or instructional purposes.

  • Solo Inspectors may use the Product individually.

  • Multi-Inspector Firms may use the Product internally among employees.

  • Franchises must purchase a separate license per independently owned location.

  • Schools and Training Programs may use the Product solely for instructional purposes (see Section 10).

Benefit: Our licensing system is clear, affordable, and scalable — helping you grow without hidden fees tied to company size or changing needs.

3. Ownership and Product Modification

InspectorPrime is licensed, not sold. We retain all ownership of the Product and its intellectual property.

You are permitted to:

  • Modify the Product to suit your business workflows, branding, or educational requirements.

  • Customize structures, tables, fields, and automations according to your operational goals.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code.

  • Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product outside your licensed organization.

Benefit: You can fully customize InspectorPrime to fit your company or program — adapting the system freely as your business grows.

4. Data Ownership and Access

You retain all ownership rights to your data created, collected, or stored through your use of InspectorPrime. We do not claim ownership of any of your data, content, or materials.

We do not access, use, or monitor your data unless:

  • You explicitly invite us to your Airtable workspace for setup, support, or troubleshooting purposes.

Without your express invitation, we cannot and do not view or control your Airtable environment.

Benefit: Your data remains fully private, controlled solely by you.

5. Third-Party Platforms

InspectorPrime operates in conjunction with third-party services, such as Airtable. Your use of Airtable and any other third-party platforms is governed solely by the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, data handling, or policies of any third-party service.

6. Airtable Subscription

InspectorPrime is built for Airtable and requires an active Airtable subscription. Airtable subscription fees are not included with the purchase of InspectorPrime.

We recommend the Airtable Business plan ($45/month/user, billed annually) for full feature access.

Benefit: Using Airtable puts you in direct control and your InspectorPrime system runs independently on a trusted, flexible platform without relying on our servers.

7. No Ongoing Product Fees

InspectorPrime is a one-time purchase for a lifetime license for your organization, tied to the scope of your original license.

There are:

  • No mandatory renewal fees

  • No forced feature subscriptions

  • No upsells hidden behind paywalls

Benefit: You can confidently build your business or program knowing exactly what your costs are from day one.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use InspectorPrime in compliance with all laws and regulations.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your Airtable accounts and access credentials.

  • Protect your own workspaces, users, and data.

9. Limitations for Franchises

Each independently owned franchise location must obtain its own separate license for use of InspectorPrime.

10. Schools and Training Programs

Schools and training organizations using InspectorPrime:

  • May use the Product for instructional purposes only, including teaching demonstrations, supervised coursework, and instructor training.

  • Students must purchase their own InspectorPrime license if they wish to:

    • Use the Product independently during their education.

    • Use the Product unsupervised.

    • Or continue using the Product after graduation.

  • Schools are not authorized to resell, redistribute, or sublicense InspectorPrime to students.

Student Licenses:

Students may purchase their own license at any time, either during school or after completing their program.

If your School partners with us, students may be eligible for a special discounted rate. For partnership inquiries and student discount details, please contact support@inspectorprime.com.

Benefit: This ensures students have affordable access to InspectorPrime professionally.

11. Non-Compete

You agree not to use InspectorPrime, nor any materials derived from InspectorPrime, to develop, contribute to, or create a directly competing inspection software product or database for commercial sale for a period of two (2) years after your purchase.

This clause does not restrict your right to modify or customize InspectorPrime for use within your own business.

12. Termination

We may terminate your license if you:

  • Breach these Terms.

  • Use the Product unlawfully or beyond the licensed scope.

Upon termination:

  • Your license immediately ends.

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • You must immediately stop using the Product.

13. No Warranty

InspectorPrime is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Alpha Whiskey Ventures LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, or data.

Total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use InspectorPrime, you accept any modifications to these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

17. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of InspectorPrime through informal negotiations.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of notice, either party may pursue resolution exclusively through binding arbitration or small claims court.

  • Arbitration Location: El Paso County, Colorado, United States

  • Governing Rules: Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA)

  • Finality: The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding

Nothing prevents either party from seeking:

  • Provisional remedies (injunctions) to prevent irreparable harm.

  • Relief in small claims court.

You agree that all proceedings will be conducted individually and not as a class action.
